Service Description
Do you have an old computer, ugly dish set, gifts from an ex or are cleaning out your garage? Don't want to just throw it away or take it to the dump? Book our BYOB (Bring Your Own Breakables) package where you can bring in your own things to smash as long as they meet our guidelines and fit in one of our BYOB boxes (27gallon tub, 30.5"L x 20.13"W x 14.25"H). Just remember, you only have 20 mins to break as much as you can. But hey, we’ll clean-up your mess and make sure everything is disposed of properly. List of acceptable items can be found in our FAQ section and under the donations section for rage rooms.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible while ensuring fairness to all our guests. Please review our cancellation policy below: - 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session will receive a full 100% refund - Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made on the day of your booking will receive a 50% refund. - No-Shows: If you do not show up for your session, no refund will be issued. Thank you for understanding that this policy helps us manage bookings effectively and prepare for your experience. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible!
