What is your location?

We are located at 915 Wall St., Redding, CA. Our Rage Rooms are in Unit #1, and the Paint Place is in Unit #2.

Question 2

Is there an age limit?

We require participants 12 years or younger to have a parent/guardian present in the rage room with them during their session. There is no age limit to participate in the paint activities. Anyone under 18 will need a parent or guardian present and MUST sign a waiver for the minor.

Should I arrive early?

Please arrive at scheduled booking time. We have included 10 minutes into each rage room package and 15 minutes to each paint session to give you time to say hi, pick out your items and get suited up in protective gear. Arriving late will cut into your session time. It is important for us to stay on schedule to be able to create the best experiences we can.

Do you allow walk-ins?

We are not taking walk-ins at this point. We Highly encourage everyone to book online to secure your time slot and have the best experience.

Do you offer any discounts?

A: Yes, we provide a 10% discount for first responders (firefighters, EMT, law enforcement, etc) and military personnel (veterans and active duty). PROMO Code: THANKYOU!

As well as a $10 discount for individuals with disabilities. PROMO Code: EVERYBODY

In order to benefit from these discounts, enter PROMO code at checkout or inform us either at the time of your session or indicate eligibility in the notes section when booking. We will then apply the discount accordingly.

Is your location ADA compliant?

Yes! Both our locations are wheelchair accessible and are ADA compliant. If you have any questions or require special assistance please feel free to contact us and we will attempt to accommodate as much as possible.

Question 7

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

To cancel or reschedule your session and receive a full refund, you must cancel no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. You may call/text  (530) 515-7474 or email us info@breakoutredding.com to cancel or reschedule.

If you call us the day of your session and need to rebook we will be glad to help reschedule. Missed reservations where no notice is given or less than 24 hrs prior notice is given, will be charged full price and not offered the opportunity to reschedule.

Can I listen to my own music?

Yes! Each room is equipped with their own Bluetooth speakers where guests can listen to their own music from their phones.

Question 9

Can I film my session?

Accepted Answer

All mobile/filming devices are welcome at Break Out but at your own risk. Most rooms have phone holders to offer some protection. Feel free to record your visit, use our space for cool photography shots or whatever and we'd love it if you'd share to our Facebook or Instagram.

Question 10

Can my friends, co-workers or family watch?

Accepted Answer

There are no viewing windows into the rage or paint rooms. Non-participating observers are welcome in designated lobby areas, space permitting.

However if you want to watch/help and not participate you are more than welcome in the rooms. Rage rooms will require some safety gear and a waiver.

Do you provide storage for personal items?

Yes! We have lockers available on both sides to keep your personal items safe.

Can I pay with cash when I get there?

Accepted Answer

Yes! To pay with cash please call, text or email and we will gladly help schedule your session.
