We offer this free service as an easy way to declutter and donate with our Curbside Donation Pickup service. Maybe you're busy or can't get out to donate/dump your unwanted things? We make the process hassle-free by coming to you! We welcome/want your broken, chipped, and damaged goods too—things don’t have to be perfect or in working condition to make a valuable contribution! How It Works 1. Click on our "Donation" button at very bottom of any screen to see if you are in our pickup zone. If so.. 2. Click the "Request to Book" button to choose a convenient day and time. 3. Pick whatever day works for you but don't worry about what time you choose, if there's a time slot, there's availability! 4. Fill out all the required information. (We do appreciate a brief description of what we'll be picking up and maybe your dogs name :) 5. After request is submitted you will hear back from us as soon as possible with a conformation. 6. Pack up your donations, making sure they’re clean and meet our acceptance criteria. Check out FAQs to see what items are accepted. (We are not picking up furniture larger than a nightstand/chair at this time) 7. Lastly, on the day of your pickup, place your items outside (curb, porch, by that bush, etc.) before 12pm and they will be gone by 5! *Note that we will not enter any building or go through closed gates.
